TaskBox
Providing your clients with communication tools via your website can be overwhelming without a way to efficiently manage the tasks. The TaskBox not only displays all PetSites communications, but functions as a checklist to aid in responding to clients.
All PetSites communications are organized by request type, and can be assigned to a particular team member. Once a task is highlighted, client and patient information appear below the task, making it easy to reply within the same window via email or to pick up the phone and make a call. Notes and communication history are available to keep everyone "in the loop" on progress.
The TaskBox extends beyond organizing PetSites tasks, too - there is a feature for adding custom tasks to your to-do list. So if you want to remind yourself to modify this month's budget or schedule a follow-up call for the receptionist, the TaskBox has you covered.
The TaskBox also features a metrics tab for tracking productivity and response time.

Communication Center
The PetSites Communication Center enables you to customize email birthday cards, reminders, and newsletters for your clients. A wide variety of designs and scenes are available, and species-specific birthday card options include customizable human characters and breed-specific choices.

Reports
PetSites Reports can be used to measure and monitor marketing results, patient statistics, and how your clients are benefitting from PetSites. The reports are generated using the latest in reporting technology - charts and graphs are interactive, so you can click on a segment to drill down for additional details. |
